True personal service. They have consistently delivered arrangements that meet or exceed my expectations and on the one occasion that the arrangement was not right (because Kelly Greens was only the originating florist but the arrangement was done in another city) they returned the full $ amount for the order and called the other florist while I was there to take them to task.
